Is A and E busier again or still very quiet?

I wondered if people were going back into hospitals when phoning 111 being referred or just turning up because they know something is wrong. In the spring I know they were very quiet but wondered if people were still worried about visiting a hospital.

We have been recently for a broken foot and it was busy. Not 6+ hours busy but we were surprised how busy it was.

I am glad people are returning rather than sitting at home suffering. One of the hospitals in our board is actually a covid hot spot people are catching it in there, but they are hopefully the exception.
