Hi,

My son starts primary school in September and I need to get some name tags for his clothes. Which would you recommend? Iron or sew on?

Thanks in advance!

I really would advise against a personalised water bottle for school. Just get a regular one and write the name on, or use stikins as above. That way you won't be upset and so out of pocket when they lose the 10th one, chew the lid or break it by bottle flipping it.
And over the years these things will happen, no matter how careful you think they/you are.

Just ordered some stickin ones as well for shoes etc. Thanks everyone

Stikins are brilliant.

If you are going to sew, if you use a sewing machine it’s really quick. The problems I’ve had with stickins is they are fab on care labels but quite a lot of things no longer have Care labels and they tend to fall off the fabric over time. Also, if the care label is hidden the name isn’t obvious.
