Never do online clothes shopping but ads gave been popping up on FB with some items i really like the look of. Anyone used them and what did you think of the quality, service and returns policy. Just really wary of how legit it all is.

Don't buy through those adverts, check the website. You'll find many are based in China selling cheap crap. Use Facebook's page transparency button on the business page of the advertiser too, it tells you where they're based.

Yes OP I've often wondered this too... some of the stuff looks gorgeous .... I googled reviews and a lot came back as negative enough to stop me trusting it enough to place an order 😏

Thanks, was really tempted by this too - it’s so pretty!

Do you remember the name of the company? The dodgy ones steal images from legitimate companies and photoshop them so you can’t reverse search, then you get a cheap, poor quality imitation.

I succumbed to buying 2 tops from AiryDress (Airy something anyway!) What arrived was 2 very very cheap looking polyester monstrosities. Returns difficult to arrange, luckily I'd paid via PayPal pay after delivery so was able to suspend the transaction. Funnily enough then they provided a return address. I returned them using signed for delivery (didn't trust them to say they had never received them!)
If you're in any doubt check the reviews on Trustpilot etc...

I've had so many of these on my fb feed recently. Useful gadgets, pretty-looking clothes etc. I am pretty sure they are mostly rubbish and just scrolling past (even though it's hard sometimes as they are quite tempting!)

Cbeck the websites out with TrustPilot. A LOT of them are very poorly starred, based in China and use Etsy or fashion site photographs (as pp said above). What they send you bears little or no resemblence to the goods you think you ordered.

I'm sure there are legit sites that advertise on Facebook, but I haven't yet met one.

I’ve been tempted by several of these and always regret it! They never look like the photo
