Need help with my 30 free hours childcare

What a bloody nightmare the formate is. I’m trying to claim for 30 free hours from September for dd. However after I go through process it’s saying it can’t find dh? Why would this be?

We’ve had the 15 hours before and was never an issue but the nursery dealt with it now I’m starting work I’d like to see if we can get the 30 free hours.

Any ideas why they can’t find dh?

I’ve just managed to log in to my account. I have two messages saying that I’m eligible for tax free child care and 30 hours free child care with the code then two emails saying we’re not eligible because my partners details can’t be found

I can't remember the form but did you have to enter his national insurance number? Is it possible it or the address has been entered wrong?
