Feeling sorry for myself - tell me how to snap out of it.

Life is a little difficult at the moment. Shielding due to DH, lots of food restrictions due to bf DD2 and sleep deprivation. Just generally feeling a bit meh. But things could be a lot worse. How do you snap out of it when you are feeling a bit down?

I usually try to distract myself.
But try to be kind to yourself too, these are hard times
Have a cuppa and watch something light on telly for a bit.

Brewsounds like you've good reason to feel down.
Maybe just accept you're feeling miserable today...and be kind to yourself.
