Asking the impossible... is there a comfortable sofa bed to be found?

Looking for a sofa bed for our teeny tiny spare room.
Primarily it’s for my lovely MIL so a futon is probably too low to the ground and too hard. It will also need to be a double for the inevitable visits my sister and her husband will make once CV allows.
I’ve looked at the clic-clac styles but they have that funny dip in the middle so I can’t see how they’d be comfy plus our room is small. 170cm wide and maybe 220cm long. I’d have to have the clic clac up against the window and shed need to move it away from the wall to pull it down. So no.
Ideally i would like a spring mattress style one but they seem spendy.
Anyone slept on anything half decent which would suit a lady in her 70s for a few weeks at a time? Ideally not squillions my husband wants to spend £300 max but I can convince him otherwise for the right thing as long as she will be comfortable.

We have the 3 seater sofa bed (grey - £649 in the link from @Saz12) and it’s very comfy both as a sofa and a bed.

It’s the solid birch (soft top).

We've got a John Lewis Innovation one. Pricey but good.
