Things you thought were a good idea at the time

Just descaled my kettle with bicarb. Poured 1 teaspoon in with water as per box instructions, boiled kettle, emptied some time later, did fuck all.

So I did it again, but poured a much larger amount of bicarb in, boiled the kettle, watched as mount vesuvius erupted all over my ironing pile

At least the kettle is spotless now...

Getting married at 24!

Dropping out of university to live in a commune in the US.

What I ate last night :/

Cleaning the oven with a mixture of bicarb and vinegar. 6 years later and there's still a periodic dusting of white powder.
