Are they worth it? I'm having trouble sleeping and relaxing at night, so I've ordered one. Hoping to hear some success stories...

I'm so pleased I got one. I'm still sleeping well. I used to end up sleeping in ds's bed, as I was so frustrated lying in bed, with DH asleep next to me. I've not had to play musical beds since it arrived Smile
