Any hairdressers around.

Had my hair done last week, full head of highlights (I think it was bleach). I hate it. The colour looks white and yellow. I've tried purple shampoo which has made the white bits go purple.

If I call hairdressers on Monday would they be able to add some low lights to break it up

Not a hairdresser but I wouldn't be asking them for another service that you have to pay for to fix the first service they didn't do correctly.

It sounds like it needs a toner, I'd call them and explain that it isn't even and that you aren't happy and see what they say first.

Is it what you asked for? I always tell clients to take a picture of someone's hair they want

I’m not a hairdresser but it sounds like it needs toning.
Maybe post a photo to help people advise you?

Purple shampoo wouldn’t help, it gives your hair a silver tone if it’s white. It’s supposed to be used on brassy yellow blonde hair to neutralise the tone.

Wash it as much as possible to remove the current toner/purple shampoo. This will make it naturally look more warm (as your hair will revert to it’s bleached shade state). From there get a warmer toner service from your salon.

What is colour is your hair that was left out if the foils and not bleached?

Try a white toner, bleach London do a really good one that I’ve used lots when my hair looks ‘yellowy’.
