What size were you when you stopped liking hot weather?

I know some people have never liked it and some will always love it no matter how big they are, but I feel like at a current size 12 postpartum I HATE the hot weather! (I know this is not very big btw, but bigger than I was so I'm saying comparatively). Feel so sweaty and disgusting whereas when I was a size 8 I loved it, even when I was running around loads. But I suppose l was also younger. Blush

@Fatted 8 months Blush

I know this is all a sign to lose weight but honestly, I find it so hard. My baby only contact naps so loads of lying around, eating whenever I get a chance. Excuses I know. Wink

3 - 6 months. I’ve never liked the heat from my first taste of it on holiday according to my mother. Anything above 24 degrees is Too Hot. I love the cold though. I’m happy to be out walking the dogs when it’s minus 2.

From about 32 weeks, so when I was around a size 12...
Tbh I could handle the sun for most of the pregnancy as long as I had my paddling pool, but from 32 weeks I've lost all interest even with the pool

bushby · 17/07/2020 19:35

Size 12, about a stone heavier than my normal weight after baby, I'm just uncomfortable and sweaty! My baby is 10m+ so it's not a postpartum thing for me.

MinnieMountain · 17/07/2020 19:40

Ever since I had DS (he's 6). I'm a size 10 and I've never been smaller than an 8 as an adult, so it's not a size thing for me.

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 17/07/2020 19:41

I've never liked it no matter how thin I've been.

userabcname · 17/07/2020 19:41

6lbs 3oz. I hate the heat and always have.

BarbedBloom · 17/07/2020 20:20

I have always hated it, even as a child. My mum remembers me having an epic tantrum anytime she took me outside in hot weather

Thehogfatherstolemycurry · 17/07/2020 20:23

I love hot weather, I'm a size 20, not a sweaty person.

tiredanddangerous · 17/07/2020 20:24

I'm size 20 and love hot weather. I tend towards feeling too cold rather than hot though...I'm always turning the thermostat up in the winter and I'll be in a jumper when the rest of the family is in a tshirt.

veryvery · 17/07/2020 21:21

Size 8. I'm very fair skinned. Suncream and finding comfortable ones takes up the whole of my summer. It's more cost the more skin exposed. Clothes designers seem to think people want to constantly swan about in shorts, scrappy tops and bikinis. Every item of clothing comes with my thoughts of the bottles of suncream needed!

Srictlybakeoff · 17/07/2020 21:36

Size 10 at my biggest- but short arsed pear shape with chunky legs , so I have never looked good in summer clothes . I can manage with boots and cashmere jumpers to look vaguely classy but not a chance in the warmer months.
Pale skinned and even when tannned it’s more pink than brown. Golden goddess totally unachievable .
So don’t think it’s to do with size

Toddlerteaplease · 17/07/2020 21:39

Newborn I think!!

Itstartedinbarcelona · 17/07/2020 21:52

I hated it at all sizes too. I used to get heat rash and have nose bleeds which I don’t anymore but I still hate it. I am far too big now so that doesn’t help but I still wouldn’t be heading off to Spain in August like friends do if I was a size 10. I love it when the temperature drops and I can get back to wearing jeans, boots and cardigans.

Mistymonday · 17/07/2020 23:53

Nope, size 16 and like heat. Proper summer undershorts are a must but otherwise grand.

PickAChew · 17/07/2020 23:55

Never liked it. Not when I was a 1980s size 10 and not now.

feelingverylazytoday · 18/07/2020 00:52

I hate very hot weather. I sweat like a pig no matter what size I am.
I'm a size 10 (bottoms) and 12 (tops) and I can just about cope with it. When I was bigger I used to get fungal rashes under my boobs and in my groin area in hot weather, thankfully that's gone now. Can't say about chub rub, I normally wear shorts.
