Surprise pregnacy and 4 teenagers

Just had completely surprising pregnancy result, thought it was menopause!
Question is how do i tell my 4 teenagers!
Any advice or tips very welcome

Congratulations! Ours were 20, 18, 16 and 14. We left it until after the amnio before telling them, then took them out to dinner and told all of them together so nobody was last to know.
