My Company is relocating and outsourcing our roles

Found out yesterday that our division that we work in is being split and the majority are being made redundant from October with jobs going either up North or overseas where it's cheaper

So I'm pretty gutted and the 2nd time in 7 years that I will be made redundant 🤨

I’m so sorry @Animum2. It’s so awful right now, every day there are more redundancies.

I’m expecting consultation notice any day now. Been with my company 15 years so completely rusty on job hunting.

There's 300 in our office who will begin the same boat so it's all a bit of anxious times

Oh and DH also works there so we are both worrying about finding new roles now

He won't get redundancy as he left in 2018 but came back last year and I will get a little bit but still waiting to hear
