Ideas for healthy, sugar free foods please!

My 3 year old is getting into bad habits again with constantly wanting to eat. He has been having a growth spurt so I don’t want to restrict food, but I also need him to get his head out of the fridge every 5 minutes!

I am very conscious of tooth decay as my teeth are dreadful and so a) I don’t want him eating constantly and b) I need some new ideas of sugar free things to give him.

At the minute a typical day would be;

Small glass of orange juice
Low sugar cereal
Slide of toast with butter

Fruit such as banana, apple, grapes etc

Sandwich
Cucumber sticks
Crisps
More fruit
Maybe a small yogurt

Cheese
Carrot sticks
Rice cake

Main meal- he is very fussy so there are limited options here. He has the same 3 vegetables every day (carrots, peas and green beans) and then if it’s a pasta dish I will add peppers, mushrooms etc without him noticing. He will eat fish dinners, sausages, meatballs and chicken so it’s usually one of those with a potato option and his 3 veg.
Pudding is usually a small ice pop which has become a bit too regular so I may cut out, but does have less sugar than yogurts actually.

Before bed
Slice of toast with butter
Milk

He has biscuits, malt loaf, a small fairy cake etc maybe twice a week. Sometimes less.

He is very fussy with food and has sensory issues. He doesn’t like change and finds new foods difficult so I need lots of ideas that I can slowly try to introduce.

Please give me some new ideas for snacks especially that are low sugar!

At dinner, you could cook more sausages than needed and he could have one cold and sliced the next day for a snack.
