Would Norfolk broads be best for this kinda thing ?

When were you thinking of going? Can be very busy in the summer and moorings can be difficult to find at certain times.
No locks and the boats are easy to manoeuvre.
Some bridges are not possible to go under. Some bridges you have to have a pilot to go under the bridge for you.
Much easier than a canal boat though.
