Just wondering if you could help me find out very roughly how many members Mumsnet has now?

When I originally joined in 2008 my user number was in the 40,000s.

Then I deregged and e-joined after a serious data breach but I'm not sure when and it's not possible to look this up. I think it was maybe 2017-2018 ish. My user number then was in the 800,000s.

So how many is it up to now? All you have to do to find out is to click on the "My Mumsnet" icon (at top right on the talk page on a laptop), click on Settings and then you will see a number after "System ID:".

What is that now for newbies? Thanks if you can help me out.

That won't tell you how many members there are now, you've said that you've joined twice as I'm sure have thousands of others and thousands more will have joined but not posted for years, died, have more than one account etc

Do you want to know how many have ever registered, how many current active posters there are or something else?

one and a quarter million registrations when I joined 2 to 3 years ago.

Unless there's a way to identify duplicate registration that might be hard to find. Maybe report your post and someone from MNHQ might know the unique registrations. I know I've had more than one due to problems with an old email address.

Honestly, I'd be happy if a recent joiner could tell me their registration number. The finer details are not important.
