Tescos Delivery hasnt turned up what can I do?

All my blinking food for work and my elderly next door neighbours bits. Im so angry. On the website it says my order was delivered. The slot was 4-5pm no one has rang the bell or called my phone. The customer services manager said its too late now as its Sunday and the driver has gone and the shop shut at 5pm. How could he have gone when my slot was 4-5 and i rang her at ten past.

Has this happened to anyone else what did you do?

It apparently always shows delivered even if it wasn't delivered, it just clicks onto that after the delivery time.

Have you contacted the central online grocery number or just the local store? If that gets you nowhere start complaining on social media

They deliver a lot later than 5 though you need to contact the online people it may still be on the road .

I found complaining loudly on Twitter often helps if customer service are no good.

Im on the phone now they are saying he tried to deliver but couldnt park up. They said they cant do anything about it. Im bloody starving.

Why didn’t he call you on the phone and double park quickly why he unloaded , that’s a rubbish excuse and in any case he can definitely come back and try again .

This has only happened once - driver didnt knock or call and was back at the store by the time they got hold of him. Customer services arranged a delivery the day after.

1-6 today apparently 20 people didnt get their shopping yesterday

@EachandEveryone, only just saw your update ,that’s terrible what did he do just pack his van and drive around with it all . Did you actually get your delivery yesterday .

I got it finally. The store manager rang me to say she would compensate me. I dont know how she planned to do that.

My rum n raisin ice cream was missing 😂😂😂 i havent had it for years so that was a let down. I rang up customer services and they gave me the money back.

I think ill stick with ocado or Morrissons in future.

You can’t get an Ocado slot in my area , I used to use them but haven’t been able to get a slot since March however I’ve had no issues with Tesco .
