I was thinking last night- I’m from a large family but only really feel ‘close’ to a few family members (my fiancé, mum and aunt). The others I either have no contact with or see very occasionally ie. usually Christmas but I don’t feel as though I have much emotional connection with them and I’m pretty sure it’s a mutual thing.
How many family members do other people feel close to? By ‘close’ I mean popping around to each others houses often, feeling able to call them at any time, open up to etc.
