I have these items in my cupboard - what can I make?

I've got some stuff to use up but I'm rubbish at cooking.

I've got some tagliatelle, salmon infused with chilli, vine tomatoes.

How can I make that resemble an actual meal without it being dry?

Chop toms, cook salmon add to cooked pasta. Garlic/ more chilli/ olive oilq would also help

Do you have any cream cheese/creme fraiche or cream to make a sauce? Thats all you'd need to make a delicious salmon tagliatelle.

chop and cook toms. Or roast whole?

Cook salmon in oven. Chop tomatoes and simmer down with a little olive oil; use onion / garlic / chilli / herbs if you’ve got them. Cook pasta. Toss tomatoes through pasta. Serve with salmon on top.

As for it not being dry, use a restaurant trick and toss the cooked pasta with some butter or a little olive oil ...

Cook your vine tomatoes whole. Cook the salmon and slice into small pieces and mix with your pasta and tomatoes and add a bit of olive oil if you have it.

Thank you so much, you've all made it sound lovely! I just looked at the separate ingredients thinking it would be dry and awful.

I have garlic, chilli and olive oil so I'll give it a go.

Needs a bit of black pepper on top to serve btw. Should be delicious!
