Dylon Pre-dye, on wet or dry fabric?

I'm about to use Dylon re dye. The directions don't specify whether the fabric should go in the machine wet or dry. If I were using dye I know the fabric would go in to the machine wet. I can't find a clear answer on the net. Has anyone used this product and know the answer?

Scrap that, I just found a fabric shop give clearer guidance!
