2 insurance policies and my car got stolen!

Shit shit shit.
I took out a fleet insurance for our business vehicles 2 weeks ago. One of our cars got stolen on the weekend so started a claim on the fleet insurance.
I’ve just realised I forgot to cancel the single car policy I had on it prior to taking out the fleet.
Am I fucked? This could be 20k down the drain.
Should I cancel the old policy now and say nothing? I’m literally shaking I’m so anxious.

I must be missing something because I can’t see the issue at all. Surely as long as you don’t try to claim on both insurances, it’s fine?

That’s what the logical side of me is saying. Or at worst that the 2 companies pay out half each?
But I’m panicking. We’ve had a really shit couple of months and this would really just top it off so I don’t know if I’m just thinking worst case scenario because the last couple of months has been one enormous worst case scenario.
