I know that's ridiculous really but she's a sweet wee thing. We are all very fond of her. It's a lump under her tummy, looks to be near a ?nipple. She's nearly 2.

Straight to the vet tomorrow for cookie.

Otherwise she's as normal, eating and drinking well. It didn't seem sore to the touch or to be affecting her as such but she is slightly less spritely than she used to be.

We have a hamster who we love dearly, ours is Max.
Sending you a hug, hope Cookie is ok. Give her lots of cuddles.

Aw thank you 🙏

This is why we can't get a dog. GinI'm very worried about the hamster now because have grown to really like her cheeky self!

Hope she’s ok, we love our hammy too... of all our pets he’s the least trouble!

Our gerbil had one. The vet said he would probably love a very short period of time. He died about 18 months later!

When I was young, I had a hamster and he got a lump. The vet investigated it and removed it and he lived to a normal age. So sweet.

I had a hamster with this, called wet tale if I remember right. Unfortunately it was severe and my little hamster was PTS

TheLoveOfMoney · 05/07/2020 22:57

Just been Googling, has the hamster got any discharge? Would seem stress causes wet tail, your hamster lump could possibly be something else. Fingers crossed for a successful vet trip

We have a very elderly, much loved hamster. They are sweet little critters.

Sending Cookie lots of love.
