@17CherryTreeLane

He's never done this before, Nd I'm a bit out of my depth! Are you ok op?
Yes I'm ok now. Was a bit thrown earlier as we don't live same county and didn't know how ill brother was, I mean I couldn't gauge it.

Hopeson is ok, you may want to check during the night to make sure no choking on vomit?

He'll probably be fine but it's a worry.

@LetMeVent

I came on here especially to vent about my own family of crazies. I told a sibling that I have fairly recently split up from a toxic, aggressive and controlling ex who I has stayed with only for the sake of the children (as ludicrous as that sounds now). Her response was that I must have done something to make him aggressive and controlling. Really?! Blaming ME! I have the least supportive family imaginable and can't believe I was stupid enough to discuss personal issues with my sister. She's awful. :(
No thats no good! Harming and awful. I understand you trying to stay for the children

I hope you're brother is ok, it must be hard being far away.

Yes, I'm just sitting in his room in the dark just in case.

I am always awake thanks to insomnia - which DS has inherited. I am lucky if I get 4 hours a night.

Sorry to hear of bad days and drunken teens (make sure you wake him early with a greasy bacon butty)

I'm just struggling. My mental health (which I have to keep regular checks and balances on anyway) has completely deteriorated in the last few weeks of furlough. I thought I was doing really well. Apparently not.

So many people have had a difficult lockdown - you'll slowly recover.

Just need to monitor it and ask for help if you need it.

Oddly enough my lockdown was alright despite getting stuck elsewhere, there were loads of beautiful places to see, and I was by myself which I loved.

Going to try to get sleep now night x

night frownette, hope you sleep,

Heavily pregnant and sleep is just not happening now. I have bad heartburn all the time and just ate most of a big bag of Cadbury giant buttons from the freezer. A result of my greed means I now have the added bonus of feeling sick. There was also a big spider on my side of the bedroom at bedtime. DH said he wouldn't be able to get it easily (high ceilings) and he would do it tomorrow. I said what if it moves and he said it won't. Here I am back in bed and the bugger isn't there!! Better not be taking refuge in my knicker drawer Shock

It's bad if I'm struggling with the lack of sleep before baby is even here, isn't it? Bit worried what I am in store for...

I don't know if it's the same for everyone, but after giving birth both times, it was like I had a super hero non-sleeping strength. The end of pregnancy was harder I'd say.

jackdaw141 · 05/07/2020 02:33

I was awake, until about 1 am, but I managed to fall asleep around about then and have been sleeping soundly so I am unable to join you sadly.

DaisyDreaming · 05/07/2020 02:52

I hope you get to sleep soon
