Anyone offer an reassurance around dental issues?

I’ve lost all 4 wisdom teeth and a lower back molar a few years ago. I now need another lower molar removing (leaving a gap) on one side and am starring to get some twinges in the remaining one on the other side.

I’m so worried. I’m 34 and can’t be losing all my back teeth. I don’t eat a sugar free diet but I am careful and don’t coat my teeth in Coca Cola like I would imagine a 34 year old with no teeth doing!

I was going to have the one creating the gap replaced with an implant but now one on the other side (which is already heavily filled) is hurting I can’t afford to replace 2.

This is all causing huge anxiety for me, I’m not sleeping and not eating.

Please can anyone reassure me? Is there anyone that has had issues with back molars at my age and has any positivity to share?
