Apart from an office junior role over 20 years ago, I’ve only ever worked in retail.
I worked anti social part time hours as a supervisor in a small supermarket for 16 years as it fitted around my children. Due to various issues it took me a long time to have the confidence to leave.
I got myself together and finally got my dream full time role as an assistant manager in a high street store.
Due to COVID the company has closed the majority of their stores including mine. 
I loved that job and finally felt that I was doing well. I was proud of myself and my confidence and experience was really improving.
Now I’m out of work and I don’t know what kind of roles I could go for. Of course retail is the obvious one but I’d like the chance to use my skills in a completely different job. I just don’t know what other careers to look at.
I only have GCSEs and a Customer Service NVQ, but I have loads of experience in customer facing roles and of course experience in the running and admin of a shop.
What kind of jobs could I look for?
