Have you tried keeping her upright for a bit after feeds before lying done? Or slightly raising the head of the cot (with a wedge under the cot not anything in the cot with her)? It is so very hard when they are crying all the time.

Keeping her upright is a good idea. If it's reflux, this will help.

It's also possible she has an intolerance to dairy - if you consume it, your milk will be affected. This happened to a friend of mine, she cut out dairy and within a week the crying stopped. The child in question is now completely dairy tolerant so it's something they can outgrow. However, absolutely consult your HV before eliminating anything from your diet because you need to ensure you are eating well for yourself and your DD.

Yes try keeping baby upright. Maybe in a sling if your arms are tired. My baby cried all the time at that age too. But grew out of it. There is a helpline called Cry-sis if it gets overwhelming

she had small colic before and slight refluxes and we were able to manage it with little ovol and care.

Is she breastfed? Can you call a support line? Try keeping w food diary

My son had dairy intolerance. I cut it out my diary and things improved massively over a couple of weeks.

My son used to like being carried on his front....think it was called tiger branch or tiger in the tree hold (something along those lines). Whenever he was inconsolable I just had to carry him like that or walk outside with him.

I’ve heard a baby osteopath visit works for a lot of people too. Obviously Covid might mean that isn’t possible.
