Eldest child and I was asked years ago to be executor (didn’t have a great relationship with DM but I agreed out of duty etc)

Many conversations then where she Tried to tell me of money in different places / accounts that I could have for myself and ‘keep quiet’. I said no that obviously would share everything equally but she seemed unimpressed by that ??
She then started trying to tell me exactly what I was allowed to use any inheritance on and if I wouldn’t agree she wasn’t sure I should have anything as I might not be able to ‘manage money’

She informed me of the duties I’d have as executor etc and I agreed

Had a falling out a few years ago and she said I was still executor though I happened to ask her recently as she was acting strange about it and she said actually she had changed it to someone else a long time ago - yet she had kept telling me it was me and if she died I had to attend immediately to secure the properly etc etc but why do that when I wasn’t anymore unbeknownst to me ?

Did she just want me to turn up and look stupid ?
