Has anyone bought one of their packages? I'm thinking of getting soemthing for my 10 month old who is up constantly in the night breastfeeding. I would like something gentle and not just controlled crying.

I'm wary of buying these sort of courses especially as a lot of celebs seem to be advertising them at the moment but if it works I'd buy it!

I know this is abit old, but have you tried it? In the same boat with 8 mo 🥴

@Hellothere19999 I have tried it and we have gone from feeding to sleep or rocking to sleep for all naps and bedtimes to me giving a big cuddle and then putting in cot and leaving the room. Baby now rolls over and either goes to sleep or has a chat etc before going to sleep. It is a form of controlled crying though the method which was a hard few evenings at first but not going to lie - bedtimes and nap times are so much quicker, easier and happier all round now!

@Jellycat50000 ok thank you! I thought it would be abit of controlled crying, I just don’t know if I can do it!!! I guess it’s worth it though?

Hi - I was just about to post a similar thread....dd’s sleep is not bad at 6mo but not very consistent yet (we have roughly week on/week off good and bad with both naps and nights) I’m keen to get her self settling and have read extensively online but really feel I need someone to walk me through a method and give me the confidence to try and make it a thing she does on a daily basis (I know she can as have watched her do it a handful of times on monitor).
Also could do with getting some better routine ready for when I go back to work and mum/sister are in charge of childcare, I want to be able to say ‘she goes down for a nap at X o’clock every day’ and not just have them wing it like I do!
Do you think the course would be any good for us @Jellycat50000?!
Thanks 😊
