My daughter has worked so hard to achieve her degree and I would love to treat her to an overnight stay somewhere.
She loves travelling and has had to cancel holiday due to covid.
Any ideas as I am a home bird and don't travel!!
Thank you

Would you go with her or she'd go alone/with a friend?

Does she like culture, parties, beach?

London? Edinburgh? Brighton? It all depends on what she'd enjoy

Also, are you thinking just one night, which means staying closer to home, or long weekend where you can go further afield?

Gainsborough Hotel and Spa in Bath is pretty special.

She loves history and culture and beaches.
We are based in Buckinghamshire and close to M1.

She would go with her boyfriend which will be lovely as they have been apart for 12 weeks!
Hoping maybe to be able to stretch to two nights if not to pricey.

How about the Bath Spa hotel if she likes history?

The Arden Hotel in Stratford Upon Avon
No 15 Great Putney in Bath

Very well done to your daughter chocolatespiders

Hartwell House is beautiful, lots of history (no beach though!) and is in Buckinghamshire. Ditto Cliveden. Both very ££££ so maybe one night would be best!
