I just noticed he hasn’t posted in ages and there are references under his last post that suggest he was racist. Does anyone know what happened?

theres more than one thread, be warned....its a long read if you go far back

Those tweets are from 2013!

People can reform! They can be educated to understand why their views are wrong.

I thought she'd posted something last week!

I hate this going back years in people's social media to see if they've ever tweeted anything that could possibly be remotely offensive in any way. People change, they grow up. Mind you, she was really silly when people said their first son looked like a girl. Well he did!

2013 is hardly a long time ago. It’s not like another era when racism was ok. She wasn’t a young teen yet to realise right from wrong.

She trying to make her living as an influencer. As someone who others model themselves on.

I’m all for thinking people can change, but there was SO many tweets about such a range of shitty comments. As well as being consistently racist she also slags off disabled people, fat people and disabled kids. That’s not an accidental one off comment, that’s a state of mind that indicates a horrible judgemental person behind it. She’s vile.

ginandbearit · 27/06/2020 21:45

FOD put up a black square for BLM but disabled comments ..didnt go down well

LilBlackLab · 27/06/2020 21:49

no, the tweets go up to 2017...

LilBlackLab · 27/06/2020 21:49

and she has not apologised.....not at all

Magicbabywaves · 27/06/2020 21:52

Susie Verril’s tweets were many, it was surprising it wasn’t made more of, but I guess she’s a nobody.

Colycola · 28/06/2020 10:32

If you read through the ‘Aliceinwanderlust’ comments on tattle MOD really went to town on her own husband.

WorstGovtEver · 28/06/2020 10:54

Must be nice for the kids to have a break from performative staged mischief while he gurns gormlessly in the foreground of the picture though.

FlibbertyGiblets · 28/06/2020 11:20

With MOD, she Is an NHS midwife with a high profile.
Concerns have been raised nationally about poor outcomes in pregnancy and childbirth for black women, for the past few years. BBC link.

So an NHS midwife found to be racially abusing a black woman online doesn't look great, does it.

ExpletiveDelighted · 28/06/2020 11:46

Particularly a black woman who is a campaigner for black women's rights in maternity care and motherhood generally.
