What are you doing with your sporty children?

Hi All

I have a really sporty son, but with social distancing he's not able to play any sports or practise.
Just wondering what other parents are doing to keep them engaged in their sport?

Thanks

ds2 has been doing sessions of training/drills in the garden, going for runs, doing repeats of exercises indoors (squats, planks, resistance), taken a ball down to the park, even got me to do some footy drills with him in the garden (he's a goalkeeper).

Thank goodness it's starting to come back now - in the last 10 days he has done some socially distanced footy training and an athletics session with his coach at a localish track that is open (it's in a park! we saw some quite famous athletes as it's the only track open for miles!).

What does your son do? If it's swimming or track cycling I do see it's tricky but he must have been able to train and keep fit.

He swims and has lost all motivation.
His club hasn't contacted us at all during this time which is really disappointing.
