Can you use an integrated freezer as a freestanding one?

I'm looking for a cheapo second-hand freezer for overflow (growing lots of fruit and veg), and have been offered an integrated one...it has a door on the front that looks like a standard fitted kitchen cupboard door. I'm a bit bemused...would I be able to just shove it in the corner like a freestanding freezer? Would I have to take the door off, replace it with one of mine and put it in one of my cupboards?

Sorry if it's a daft question!

I guess you could if you don’t mind the odd door. The sides might also look a bit “ugly” as it’s not finished to look nice but to slot in to a cupboard.

I’ve got one, it’ll work fine without actually being in a cupboard.

They just plug in like a normal freezer.

I’ve got one in my garage, works fine our buyer of old house insisted that we took out the integrated fridge freezer when we moved.
