You can ride a moped if you have a car license (up to 50cc)

Category AM is for "light" powered 2 or 3 wheelers. Usually a 50cc scooter or moped. Must be able to do 15.5mph but limited to 28mph. They cannot go on motorways.

Depending on when you passed your car driving test, you may need to take a CBT course (compulsory basic training).
