Was there a book/podcast/blog etc that encouraged you to lose weight?

None of my last summers clothes fit me,
I was overweight then but winter and lock down have ruined me.
I'm a size 20. Or I would be I had any clothes that fit.

My motivation is non existent. I know how to diet, why to diet. I just can seem to get off the starting blocks.

What will make the facts turn into motivation?

Ooooh. Following. I need a Dave Ramsey for my diet!

Following with interest. I am nearly done with Couch to 5K which has been great for fitness but not so much for weight loss. But I’d recommend it as a podcast.

reddit has some excellent subreddits for weight loss. The fasting one is great, loads of success stories and people to motivate each other. Before and after photos etc.

Jordan Syatt (SyattFitness) on Facebook/Instagram/YouTube has some really good, sensible weight loss videos. I binge watch the YouTube videos when I need some diet motivation!

Rh fitness-straight talking videos. No messing, realistic goals.

The obesity code podcast. Compliments the obesity code book from Jason Yung

Revenge body. Always helped when I needed the motivation

I need something to inspire me.

I will look at all these. Thanks
