Any idea what this mark on my leg is?

I thought it was a bug bite but I’ve had it months now.
What could it be?

Ringworm (a fungal infection)?

Does look like it. Eww!

Ring worm is the first thing that came to mind for me

I had ringworm on my stomach, it looked exactly like that.

Could be discoid eczema, though as above probably ringworm.
