Hi, can you please tell me what these are on ds's foot and finger? I assume the one on the foot is a verruca. How do I treat them? Does the finger need covering all the time to prevent spread? The foot looks so painful. We have used the Boots freeze spray on it.

Verruca/Wart.
Cover them to avoid spreading. We use the Scholl dots and Wartner and duct tape to suffocate them and they drop off.

The Sporner Corner (group in here) people may have other ideas

they will go away on their own after a while.

If it’s a verruca I can highly recommend painting nail varnish over it. Starved it of oxygen and covered it much better than a plaster so it wouldn’t spread. I tried loads of stuff and this was the only thing that shifted it. Good luck.

Ooh brilliant! I've just ordered some Bazuka. Will the nail varnish hurt if the top has been taken off the verruca? It's hard to keep plasters on with all the required hand washing at the moment!

I don’t remember the nail varnish being painful. I made a point of painting it regularly to ensure it was always “sealed up” so to speak, so if it ever stung a bit, it would only have been the very first coat. Hope your boy is verruca/wart free soon!
