Fearne Cotton podcast

I'll be honest, I've never really understood podcasts and just listening to people talk about stuff, but I've seen Feane Cotton promoting hers a lot lately and it seems like it could be quite good for mental health during lockdown.

Has anyone else listened to it? What's it actually about? She mentioned something about yoga and cookery but not sure if this is part of the podcast or something else.

I really enjoy Fearne’s podcast but I think it would depend on the guest she has each week. I like to listen to the stories of celebrities I know/like or want to learn a little more about and tend to skip the ones I don’t know or don’t have much interest in their story.
I wouldn’t say yoga and cookery are part of the podcast, unless it is relevant to the guest... some people talk about their children, their music, their mental health, their work.
It is a podcast worth listening to though and with plenty of episodes stacked up already, it will keep you going for a while 😊

@Treasured Ah so the podcast is just her chatting to / interviewing people? That's what it looked like to me so I was confused about the references she's made to workshops for yoga, cooking, mindfulness and so on. I'll give it a go. I'm trying to get in a more zen frame of mind as I've been struggling a lot mentally during lockdown so a podcast entitled happy place might be a good start
