Which ones do you find effective? Or people/YouTube channels that have good ones? Do you need dumbbells etc?

Push ups and tricep dips. No weights needed. Watch a YouTube video to check you have the correct form (ie for push ups elbows should be close to body). There are various different levels you can do.

Lucy Wyndham-Read 3 minute arm workout for women on YouTube. No equipment needed, it's showing some results after 3 weeks.

OhioOhioOhio · 22/06/2020 09:22

Okay. I'm going to do this. Even I can do 3 minutes.

Vdubcampa · 22/06/2020 10:32

Yoga. Some great sessions on YouTube.

growinggreyer · 22/06/2020 10:34

No need to do push-ups, if you have noodly arm muscles you won't be able to get good form anyway. Start with planks and downward dogs and you will build up arm and core strength.

Tins of beans work as weights.

Sherloidbaisherloid · 22/06/2020 11:17

You can’t really ‘tone up’ your arms as such. You need to do weight based exercise to build the muscle and eat in a calorie deficit. As you lose the weight the muscles will start to show! Push ups (wide and narrow), dips, chest press etc. Get some hand weights they can be used for lots of things

Thanks for the ideas everyone!

Almostfifty · 23/06/2020 16:46

As TonTonMacoute says Fitness Blender.

doctorboo · 23/06/2020 17:01

I find this 5 minute one good, I need to do something about all the other wobbly bit too though.

Do you do it everyday? Or how often?

Studycast · 23/06/2020 17:08

Lucy Wyndjam-Read on You Tube

Studycast · 23/06/2020 17:09

Wyndham not Wyndjam!

Almostfifty · 23/06/2020 18:42

I started with a book called Smart Girls Do Dumbells, and some dumbells.

I'm very toned now. Grin

Overseasmom100 · 24/06/2020 23:42

How often do you do these...everyday?

Almostfifty · 26/06/2020 19:11

I do different things every day. One day might be a leg day, another an arm day. You don't work the same muscle group two days running.

WashedUpDriedOut · 27/06/2020 07:14

Following.

Overseasmom100 · 27/06/2020 10:22

Been doing the 3 min Lucy Wyndham one and can really feel it.

Just started her 7minute belly buster...you do for 7 days
