It's been bugging me for days, and I've tried all sorts of google searches.
I think it would have been some time in the 1980s, there was a TV game/adventure show where part of it, towards the end I think, involved having collected valuable items on the journey round, and then the player had to place the collected items on a board with outlines of their shapes, and they got different points for different items collected. So for example, if they collected a candlestick with a round base, there would be a circle with 50 written in it, and the candlestick base fitted that circle. Or they could be irregular shapes.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't the Adventure Game or the Crystal Maze, and I just have this memory of setting the 'treasures' on the board, nothing about what the game was or how they were collected.
Does this ring any bells with anyone, please? Or has lockdown sent me completely loopy?
