I have been having dips in my blood sugar level for about a year now. The doctor has told me to look at the GI diet as that should help. I have not done it before as I already have lots of allergies that restrict my food.
But I had a huge dip last night that actually scared me. So I’m trying my hardest to never have to go through that again.
Does anyone eat like this. I have been looking online but it does seem like even healthy foods can be high GI. And the information out there says you shouldn’t cut out all high GI foods.
Obviously getting an app to even speak to my doctor is hard. But I also want to hear from people that actually do this and has it helped and learn the pitfalls etc before I start.
