Who would you love to have as a neighbour?

Living or dead, which famous person would you like to have as a neighbour and which would you hate? I'd love Richard Briers when he played Tom Goode in the Good Life, and I would hate Kim Woodburn (How clean is your house) Richard seems as though he would be very kind whereas Kim would likely be a neighbour from hell as she always appears very argumentative when interviewed on tv.

The Invisible Man so I'd never have to see them.
Or the neighbours I have now...Aberdeen Angus calves.

Love: Ella Fitzgerald she'd be invited to jam a lot.
Hate: Jamie Oliver, I'd want to smack him, and his mc smarm.
