Considering move to Cotswolds with toddler and 10month old

Hi everyone
I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but wanted to get your view / advice on a possible move to the Cotswolds with a 2yr old and 10 month old. Would like to have access to childcare / nursery and future good state primary schools. Ideally somewhere the children could grow up around other young families. Would love a good mix of countryside living but close enough to cities like Oxford / Cheltenham for work. Hmm wonder if all too good to be true! Thanks for your advice!

Chipping Norton would fit what you are looking for, it has several primary schools and nurseries, and isn't too far from Oxford and Cheltenham by car
