Anyone whiten their teeth at home? What do you use?

Just that really, I've been drinking too much coffee! I don't really want to spend too much or faff on with getting moulded trays made if I can help it. Has anyone had good success with something readily obtainable and not horrendously expensive?

Rapid white 2 week kit from boots. It’s the only one that works for me, I’ve used it for years.

Have a google. Radio 4 did a 30 minute radio documentary on home whitening kits. Got independent scientist and dentists to evaluate and advise. Wasn't long ago so you should be able to find it.

Wouldn’t dare use a kit. But hygienist recommended holding peroxyl mouthwash in mouth for 30 seconds once a week for stains and it’s brilliant on coffee stains
