Millions more will be unemployed before 2021 and some argue it may reach double figures unemployment rates which would be catastrophic. Finding a job was hard enough before but now it seems it will be a luck of the draw thing.
Also many employers may take advantage and lower their advertised salaries preCovid because they know a lot more people are desperate to work.
