It was about how wealthy people didn't understand how others that were disadvantaged financially couldn't achieve the same as those who were "born into money".
The cartoon depicted (from memory) a wealthy person given advantages due to their status and a parallel shown of someone of the same intelligence etc etc shown to be disadvantaged because of their (lack of) wealth.
I saw it on MN a while ago. I'm sure the cartoon showed a woman serving people at a party as a waitress.
