Can you give me your creaky neck remedies please?

Neck pain is driving me to distraction; does anyone use special pillows or other ways of relieving it? Mine’s down to Osteoarthritis, but I don’t want to take medication unless I’m absolutely desperate, because I also suffer from IBS.

TIA

I spoke to an osteopath recently who identified that my shoulder pain was actually being caused by a neck problem and gave me exercises to do.

Is it worth speaking to am osteopath to see if they can help?

Osteopath.

I’ll try an osteopath, thanks.

I think I’m thinking about pillows because I’m lying awake, unable to get comfortable.

I know your neck pain is caused by osteoarthritis, but if by any chance you're now wfh using a computer do check your positioning, and take breaks I have my kit set up well, but on Friday I accidentally had my chair at a angle so I was slightly twisting my neck, and was working intensely for hours, and it really buggered my neck - it's still a bit sore (though not as creaky after a Pilates class on Tuesday)

I’ve just ordered the water pillow @CrispEater - thank you for the recommendation!

I don’t use a computer daily, Errol; but I do notice it’s worse when I do. Severe whiplash last November has exacerbated a years old issue, and given me vertigo to boot 🙄.
