Experienced sewists; I have a question if you have a mo?

I'm making a blouse (eventually; I'm actually still at the procrastination stage of sewing atm).

Now...my measurements fall between small bust, medium hips, and medium waist

It's only a basic pattern & believe it or not I can sew but I'm wondering if I could be really lazy and just sort of merge the two sizes without it being too obvious...like in my pic
