I changed my mind to number 3 half blood prince and order of the Phoenix joint 4th

1. Order of the Phoenix, surprisingly: much better paced than the book.
2. Goblet of Fire, apart from the infamous "Harry! Did you put your name in da Gobladafaya?"
3. Half Blood Prince.
4. Prisoner of Azkaban
5. Chamber of Secrets
6. Philosopher's Stone
7. Deathly Hallows; part 1 especially tedious.

If we are talking films only -

1. Order of the Phoenix
2. Deathly Hallows
3. Goblet of Fire
4. Chamber of Secrets
5. Philosopher's Stone
6. Half Blood Prince (also my least favourite of the books)
7. Prisoner of Azkaban. This is my favourite Potter book and I think they butchered it completely.

The Goblet of Fire might be my favourite of the books, which is why the butchering of the film infuriates me so much! I really like Deathly Hallows 1, unlike most people it seems! And I'm not a fan of the change in style (and Dumbledore actor!) in Prisoner of Azkaban.
