Leicestershire area? Somewhere to meet

I have a baby niece that was born just before lockdown and haven't met yet. I've arranged with my Dsis to meet this weekend somewhere socially distanced to see her but no idea where. Needs to be between Sheffield and Oxford and have some grass to sit on and a toilet but not fussed other than that. So far best I'm come up with is a service station around Leicester but would be great if anyone had any bright ideas?

Castle Park in Leicester? It's a 10 minute drive from Belgrave Cemetery where there are public toilets (you can call 0116 373 7325 to find out if these are open)

Bradgate park or thornton reservoir if the loos are open is much nicer.

Or rutland water, although slightly out of the way of where you want to be.

Leicester forest services on M1?

Loos are closed at Thornton Reservoir, and anywhere else we've been lately. If you come off the motorway at 21a (Leicester North) then Kirby Muxloe castle is a lovely and not at all popular spot to have a sit and a picnic. The loos are closed though. If it were me I think I'd suck up the extra hour in the car and go to her.

The loos are open at bradgate park. If she’s a newborn baby though it’d be a faff with all the stuff needed to walk into park and find quiet spot near loos.
