How to get myself out of a funk?

Any help appreciated. Am in a Covid 19/hormonal funk and not sure how to get out of it? Am a regular exerciser, get lots of fresh air etc. Any other suggestions? Don't feel that I have had any time off (like many) since March. WFH/home schooling consecutively is taking it's toll and the never ending nature of it is starting to get me down. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling like this. I feel the same, very stressed from work, also Wfh and the stress seems to have delayed my period a bit (I can feel it on the horizon but I'm just a mess of hormones!) are you able to get out or are you sheilding? Sorry I don't have much advice, just wanted to say you're not alone

Hi, thanks for your reply. I think hormones may also be my issue. It helps to know I'm not alone. Just feels never ending. I do manage to get out every day but thinking maybe I need to ditch the kids with my DH sometimes for a solo walk for a bit of time alone as hard feeling like you are on duty 24/7.
