Any hospital staff here? Lost parcel

We sent a parcel to someone in a large hospital who was in there long-term, only to discover that she'd been suddenly transferred to a different hospital. It had our details on the back. Anyone know what they'll do with it? It's not valuable and not the end of the world if it's missing for good. I've tried ringing the hospital but have got nowhere.

Honestly it'll probably go to the ward they were in and it'll go something like this;

"Oh thats Mr/Mrs xxxx who was in Bed xx. They're not here anymore"

...and it'll get stashed in lost property/a corner somewhere.

If you want it back id ring the ward and let them know. You'll probably have to do this more than once.
